I have horrible anxiety with anything associated with dentistry. I started having a panic attack. This place was so wonderful. Jimmy who assisted the Doctor was absolutely fabulous. He took care of me the whole way through it. He took such time making sure I was ok and explaining everything so thoroughly. I definitely would come here from now on .

I definitely recommend this office for oral surgery if your insurance allows it. Everyone is patient and knowledgeable enough to answer all your questions before and after surgery. The procedure (all 4 wisdom teeth removal) was quick and easy, and I stopped feeling pain after the first day. Obviously the pain varies from person to person but the overall comfort level provided by the office helps.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND any one of these surgeons to my family members, friends, neighbors, and complete strangers. They are extremely kind, compassionate, sympathetic, and knowledgable on an array of topics in the dental profession as well as other topics related to your overall health and well-being ( as well as their entire staff at their 3 office locations) I am NVR afraid to ask a question, voice a concern, or felt pressured into anything I feel uncomfortable and/or uncertain about doing in my decision making process. What has really won me over is that I have been having alot of dental complications over the past 6 months and these wonderful surgeons have ALWAYS been accessible whenever I needed them. Their bedside manner is unprecented, especially in times of emergencies. They have ALWAYS taken their time, assessed my problems, and NEVER steered me in the wrong direction. If fact, they have ALWAYS done what is in my best interest and I am forever grateful to them!!!!

I cannot say an implant is fun, but the team here was great and it really wasn't all that bad. BTW, I did it under local anaesthetic. They were very solicitous, friendly and professional. Dr. Steinkeler did the work and it went very well. The dental assistants were really considerate and the office was always on top of things. I don't want to do it again, but if I had to this team would certainly be my top choice.

I would highly recommend this place, should you need oral surgery. I recently went in to have the remains of my wisdom tooth removed, after my local dentist had failed to extract the roots.They were pleasant on the phone when booking my appointment. They guided me to a place on the website where I could fill out my forms. When I arrived for the surgery-- the entire paperwork process was so smooth, and they had already dealt with my insurance so that I was able to pay the correct amount, and quickly. Each nurse took time to talk through any questions that I had. The doctor was communicative as well about what I could expect and the process he would use. My recovery went exactly as detailed, and they followed up with me the next day to answer any lingering questions about medications and pain management. As unpleasant as dental surgery can be, I'm not dreading the idea that I may have to have more extractions-- I know that I will have a short recovery and be well taken care of, and that makes it bearable, to say the least!

He took excellent care of our daughter in an emergency situation that required surgery at Abington Hospital. We recently returned to have her wisdom teeth removed and again exceptional care!! I was very calm and felt very relaxed knowing Dr. Kiienle would be doing my implant. I find him to be a very professional dentist. He explains everything and I was very comfortable during the procedure. I used local anesthetic and it was a virtually pain free experience. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a dental implant.

And all the assistants who helped make this possible,Now that my much needed dental care has been completed, I wanted to take a moment to truly thank each and every one of you. Without your kindness, generosity and participation I simply do not know how this would have turned out. Because of you, I now live pain free and can afford to offer others a decent smile.
I simply cannot explain how much I appreciate all you’ve done to help me. You’ve no idea how Ive been humbled by this. Like so many others, Ive spent my entire life working hard, paying the bills and taking the responsibility to take care of myself. Unfortunately, all of that radically changed in 2009, and I, like so many others, lost almost everything which included a job and the resulting medical coverage that came with it. And just like that, it was all gone.

I just received a copy of your report from my visit regarding my TMJ problem, and I wanted to thank you for sending me a copy. I forgot to ask you for a copy and was planning to get one from one of the doctors you sent it to.
I was impressed by your clean and thorough description of what has transpired with my jaw over these last months, in addition to your grasp of my migraine history and how the injury has impacted that pre-existing condition. That discussion, coupled with your clinical findings and recommendations, will be most helpful to the various practitioners currently treating me.

A brief note of sincere appreciation for the outstanding performance by you and your staff in connection with my extraction performed on May 15, 2013.
As you probably noted, I have only half of the normal set of thirty-two teeth so I have had a total of sixteen extractions over the years of dental care by quite a number of different professionals.
As a result of your high level of competence, I had only a minor amount of blood seepage, absolutely no swelling and very low level of pain discomfort.
I am a retired industrial engineer and after many years of analyzing manufacturing activity to determine the best utilization of labor and material to obtain the most cost effective result; I salute you and your staff for the excellence that was portrayed during my two visits. Everyone knows what to do.
I dont expect to be in contact with a lot of people who would need your services but rest assured, I most certainly will recommend your practice as being the very best I have ever experienced.
We have thanked our dentist for her recommendation of your group when my need for oral surgery arose.
The fact that the crown of #32 had broken off as a result of serious decay caused me to have a bit of trepidation about the extraction process.
You did a great job and I sincerely appreciated it.

Hello, my name is Patrick I had my third wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Kienle on Tuesday, December 23rd, and just wanted to let you guys know how great and professional the experience was. Everybody was pleasant, knowledgeable, and really helped to answer my questions. I was a little nervous going in but Dr. Kienle did an excellent job with my procedures and 24 hours post op Im pain free.
