Doctor G took me even though I went to the wrong office, and so wound up being a total of 45/50 minutes late by the time all was said and done - a miracle, I sure didn't expect to be able to see him that day. That was a blessing. The office staff was also very nice and accommodating.

I never realized that "ease" and my wisdom teeth extraction would go hand in hand. Dr. was wonderful, friendly, and truly helped calm my nerves all while doing an excellent job with the extraction. I had no swelling or bruising and the pain was manageable with clear instructions for after care.

Surgeon was good and spent time explaining everything. My insurance initially denied the claim (error on the part of the insurance company) so the office billed me. After I spent a lot of time talking to the insurance company and the office, the office did resubmit the claim as the insurance company instructed and insurance paid so that I did not have to pay out of pocket. If you go here, just be sure to double check the billing and your insurance benefits so that you don’t end up paying for things you shouldn’t.

I an always very stressed going in for oral surgery. Especially for anesthesia. The staff went through everything with me and reassured me. Dr. Steinkeler was amazing. He went over the procedure, asked me questions about my vacation and gave me the anesthesia. The next thing I knew, I was awake. Dr. Steinkeler and the staff came in to ask for questions and go over instructions with my husband and me. Jimmy escorted my husband and me to the car, which I thought was the extra piece. First thing the next morning, I received a followup phone call from Cheryl. The whole staff is incredible!

Wow! I must say I was very nervous about needing oral surgery. The nurses and Dr Kienle answered all of my questions and put me at ease the whole time. As an anesthesia provider myself I was really impressed by the level of training Dr Kienle and the nurses have and how well my general anesthetic was delivered. I woke up perfectly and had ZERO pain after surgery. The billing people were so friendly and helpful - they were able to check my dental AND medical insurance and their estimate was totally accurate! If I ever need oral surgery again I am coming back! Thank you!

Dr. Keinle is incredible. In a very busy office, he makes time to be thorough in explanations of procedure, outcomes, and let’s you know exactly what to expect leading up to, during, and after surgery. The nurses who work behind the scenes are amazing too! I have a fear of needles like no other and they were very accommodating, keeping me relaxed and distracted. Post-surgery, anesthesia was not kind to me. I wound up crying and shrieking in pain when I came to. The nurses came right over to assess the situation and helped me to my feet and brought me out the back door so I would not have to go through the lobby full of other people. I was worried about something later in the day when the office was closed so I had to call the emergency line. Dr. Keinle answered personally and I am so grateful to him for taking time out of his evening to answer my questions and reassure me that all was well. I recommend this practice to anyone who needs any kind of oral surgery. I’ve had my wisdom teeth removed here, an exposure and bond of a tooth in my palette, and a later removal of that tooth and bone graft in its place. And I have a final one later this summer for an implant- this office does it all! Thanks to everyone here for being on top of it!

I would seriously give negative stars if I could. It's been an absolute nightmare! It is beyond shocking to me how a medical office can operate in such a matter. I do not get how they are even allowed to even practice medicine or dental at all. Joann in there billing department is a absolute lying thief, that will lie right to your face, and make up bills out of no where and demand you pay for it. All they care about is getting every possible dollar they can get out of you and give below subpar services. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. They absolutely have no sympathy for their patience. Like I said all they want to do is get you in out as fast as possible, while charging you, your insurance and anyone else they can crazy inflated prices that are 2x to 3x the cost any other dental office would charge or what they agreed to charge you. I've never once had such a horrible experience with any other medical office like this. You want to get ripped off, lied to and conned out of your money come to this place. I truly for sorrow for any one that would come to there offices. If it was not for my credit card company seeing thru deceitful tactics I would, and still may be filing charges with the Pennsylvania Better Business Bureau, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania State Medical board as well as Bucks county and Montgomery county district courts.

The staff were VERY courteous and competent. Dr. Steinkeler was AMAZING, kind and compassionate. I was there for a consult but he treated me right away due to the severity of my “issues” at the time. I am eternally grateful for that. I would highly recommend this practice for any oral surgery needs you may have.

Had 4 wisdom teeth taken out, 2 were impacted and near the nerves. Dr. Steinkeler made it seem very simple and easy. He was very informative of what he was going to do and kept me worry-free. Surgery went very smooth and had absolutely no pain even after the surgery (was under anesthesia). Everyone at the office was also very friendly and wait time was very minimal. Would definitely recommend this office and Dr. Steinkeler, he is also a very cool dude!

Dr. Gunawardena extracted tooth #19 back in January 29, 2019. Excellent hands and he handled the extraction with great sensitivity and success. No need for pain meds after the numbing agent wore off. Wow! Second extraction was on April 30th., tooth #30. This one was more involved but Dr. Gunawardena again, did the extraction with great skill and sensitivity. He has great hands. Given the extent of my infection surrounding this particular tooth, I thought I would have to take pain meds for sure because this tooth needed more attention and more detailed cleaning of the socket after the extraction. Well, another 'piece of cake' extraction outcome. No meds needed. Felt comfortable hours after the numbing agent wore off. I was surprised. No need for pain pills. My third extraction will be forthcoming this July 3rd. tooth #3). Well, I am actually looking forward to it, thanks to Dr. Gunawardena. He is exceptional in his expertise. A great guy, too, I can tell. His confidence fills the operatory. This put me at ease prior to the extraction. Very glad I was referred to OMS by my primary dentist, Dr. Lou Trovato, also a great guy. I am fortunate to have such talented dentists taking care of me. What goes on with the mouth can affect your total body's systems. Oral/dental health is key to a better immune system along with other bodily functions.

Front desk got me up an appointment to see the doctor quickly (within a couple days). A lot quicker than I expected. Dr. explained everything in detail and we together decided on a biopsy. Biopsy was performed skillfully andnearly pain-free. Thank you Dr. Steinkeler !

And all the assistants who helped make this possible,Now that my much needed dental care has been completed, I wanted to take a moment to truly thank each and every one of you. Without your kindness, generosity and participation I simply do not know how this would have turned out. Because of you, I now live pain free and can afford to offer others a decent smile.
I simply cannot explain how much I appreciate all you’ve done to help me. You’ve no idea how Ive been humbled by this. Like so many others, Ive spent my entire life working hard, paying the bills and taking the responsibility to take care of myself. Unfortunately, all of that radically changed in 2009, and I, like so many others, lost almost everything which included a job and the resulting medical coverage that came with it. And just like that, it was all gone.

I just received a copy of your report from my visit regarding my TMJ problem, and I wanted to thank you for sending me a copy. I forgot to ask you for a copy and was planning to get one from one of the doctors you sent it to.
I was impressed by your clean and thorough description of what has transpired with my jaw over these last months, in addition to your grasp of my migraine history and how the injury has impacted that pre-existing condition. That discussion, coupled with your clinical findings and recommendations, will be most helpful to the various practitioners currently treating me.

A brief note of sincere appreciation for the outstanding performance by you and your staff in connection with my extraction performed on May 15, 2013.
As you probably noted, I have only half of the normal set of thirty-two teeth so I have had a total of sixteen extractions over the years of dental care by quite a number of different professionals.
As a result of your high level of competence, I had only a minor amount of blood seepage, absolutely no swelling and very low level of pain discomfort.
I am a retired industrial engineer and after many years of analyzing manufacturing activity to determine the best utilization of labor and material to obtain the most cost effective result; I salute you and your staff for the excellence that was portrayed during my two visits. Everyone knows what to do.
I dont expect to be in contact with a lot of people who would need your services but rest assured, I most certainly will recommend your practice as being the very best I have ever experienced.
We have thanked our dentist for her recommendation of your group when my need for oral surgery arose.
The fact that the crown of #32 had broken off as a result of serious decay caused me to have a bit of trepidation about the extraction process.

Hello, my name is Patrick I had my third wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Kienle on Tuesday, December 23rd, and just wanted to let you guys know how great and professional the experience was. Everybody was pleasant, knowledgeable, and really helped to answer my questions. I was a little nervous going in but Dr. Kienle did an excellent job with my procedures and 24 hours post op Im pain free.
