My dentist referred me here for my dental implant for my front tooth. It has been a very long process. I will say Dr. G was great. He did an amazing job. I didn’t feel any pain throughout the entire process. He’s super nice and friendly. Just overall did wonderful with the implant. His assistant jimmy - absolutely amazing. He knew how to calm my nerves and make me feel relaxed about the process since i was very nervous. All the assistants and nurses were also wonderful. There was always an older woman who assisted in the actual extraction. Who was extremely comforting. I was beyond nervous about this process but she looked at me and talked me through it to let me know the tooth was extracted and that i was done. Told me to take a few minutes to relax before leaving. My only negative experience i feel was more on the front desk side. I was called with appointment confirmations that weren’t even my appointments. Or the “next step” process wasn’t ever properly explained to me. Or my appointments being moved with little notice. Just very frustrating with this being my very front tooth. I feel like with every appointment that i did have there was some type of problem. Being told at my 2nd to last follow up- that i can contact my dentist to make the appt for my crown fitting of course made me excited to finally have a tooth again. Then calling my dentist to find out I’m unable to do that without a release letter. Or having the actual surgery part of it being moved- i understand things happen. And vacations occur, but just frustrating expecting to be almost done and having to wait three more weeks. Again especially with this being the front tooth There was probably only two women at the front who were super welcoming and friendly- everyone else came off rude and unpleasant. Even in the other office i had to travel too- the front desk woman was just completely miserable. I think the patients feelings need to be taken into consideration a little more. Lots of people are very nervous and get anxious about these kinds of procedures so a little more friendliness and comforting would go a long way. But again overall the work that was done was painless - i would trust/recommend Dr. G to anybody.

This was my first experience with an oral surgeon and I can’t say enough about my experience. I was always terrified about dentist so I had to have all of my top teeth removed. I must say they made me feel comfortable from the time I stepped foot in the office and did such a great job with the removal that I literally I little to no pain at all afterwards! These people really know their stuff and I can’t thank them enough!

Highly recommend! I had a challenging case - The roots of my two bottom wisdom teeth were wrapped around my alveolar nerve that controls feeling in my jaw and cheeks. So one wrong move and it would've been permanent nerve damage and no feeling for the bottom half of my face. Dr. G did it PERFECTLY! And I mean PERFECTLY! He could probably line up ten needles and thread them all at once.

Dr. Steinkeler did an Implant for my upper molar on 3-9-21. He was VERY professional and did a wonderful job at putting me at ease during the procedure. I HIGHLY recommend him and if i need another procedure (which I hope not LOL) I would want him as my doctor. Thx you Dr Steinkeler and his assistant Sheila for making me feel as comfortable as possible. 5 STARS AT LEAST Is my opinion.

My son had his wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Steinkeler. He was very informative and suggested a non narcotic pain medicine instead of narcotics that their office is offering and I would recommend it to everyone. Not covered by insurance ($300 or so) but very worth it instead of getting a scrip for opioid. It lasts for 72 hours and my son takes motrin here and there now that it has been 4 days since the removal.

i had an excellent experience at this office with dr stienkeller. he and his assistant explained everything before during and after the procedure. i felt comfortable the entire visit and felt my questions and concerns were handled in perfect fashion. nobody likes going through any type of dental work obviously , but if you have to i would absolutely use this office. i honestly can’t say enough about how good of an experience i had here.

And all the assistants who helped make this possible,Now that my much needed dental care has been completed, I wanted to take a moment to truly thank each and every one of you. Without your kindness, generosity and participation I simply do not know how this would have turned out. Because of you, I now live pain free and can afford to offer others a decent smile.
I simply cannot explain how much I appreciate all you’ve done to help me. You’ve no idea how Ive been humbled by this. Like so many others, Ive spent my entire life working hard, paying the bills and taking the responsibility to take care of myself. Unfortunately, all of that radically changed in 2009, and I, like so many others, lost almost everything which included a job and the resulting medical coverage that came with it. And just like that, it was all gone.

I just received a copy of your report from my visit regarding my TMJ problem, and I wanted to thank you for sending me a copy. I forgot to ask you for a copy and was planning to get one from one of the doctors you sent it to.
I was impressed by your clean and thorough description of what has transpired with my jaw over these last months, in addition to your grasp of my migraine history and how the injury has impacted that pre-existing condition. That discussion, coupled with your clinical findings and recommendations, will be most helpful to the various practitioners currently treating me.

A brief note of sincere appreciation for the outstanding performance by you and your staff in connection with my extraction performed on May 15, 2013.
As you probably noted, I have only half of the normal set of thirty-two teeth so I have had a total of sixteen extractions over the years of dental care by quite a number of different professionals.
As a result of your high level of competence, I had only a minor amount of blood seepage, absolutely no swelling and very low level of pain discomfort.
I am a retired industrial engineer and after many years of analyzing manufacturing activity to determine the best utilization of labor and material to obtain the most cost effective result; I salute you and your staff for the excellence that was portrayed during my two visits. Everyone knows what to do.
I dont expect to be in contact with a lot of people who would need your services but rest assured, I most certainly will recommend your practice as being the very best I have ever experienced.
We have thanked our dentist for her recommendation of your group when my need for oral surgery arose.
The fact that the crown of #32 had broken off as a result of serious decay caused me to have a bit of trepidation about the extraction process.
You did a great job and I sincerely appreciated it.

Hello, my name is Patrick I had my third wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Kienle on Tuesday, December 23rd, and just wanted to let you guys know how great and professional the experience was. Everybody was pleasant, knowledgeable, and really helped to answer my questions. I was a little nervous going in but Dr. Kienle did an excellent job with my procedures and 24 hours post op Im pain free.
