Great place to get dental surgery of any kind.. especially implant work. Very people and the doctors are top notch at what they do. Always impressed with how smooth the surgeries go, and the aftercare is made easy. Gotten multiple implants and extractions and they’re well worth the extra money then a cheaper route… you won’t regret it. Dr. G has done most of them and he is the best!

O stars. The front and back office staff are incompetent and rude. I spent a whole morning on the phone with my insurance companies verifying my benefits because the front office told me they didn't accept my dental coverage. Then when I call my insurance provider I find out they are in network with my insurance coverage but the front office staff says they've never heard of my insurance. The backend staff checked my benefits but the agent they spoke with gave them the wrong information and I had to contact my insurance company myself and the insurance company told me that they are in network. The office refused to contact them to verify this information. This process is done behind the scene at every other Doctor's office I have been to. The patient should not be involved in this process. I have never had such a terrible experience with a Doctor without even walking in the door.

Overall the front desk very nice people. Helped check me in and even helped with a receipt for after payment. Now my assigned nurse left me, after I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed said I had to wait 20 mins to make sure I was fine and for my driver/mom until I could leave. I was waiting there nearly 30-45 minutes possibly even more. I was cold with nobody telling me anything, just listening to them talk about totally unrelated dentists office things. So inconsiderate while I can’t speak properly or get anyone’s attention on what was going on. The nurses spoke probably 5 feet away talking about burritos. We’re all human and have to eat lunch but, if you’re getting you wisdom teeth out and expect nurses that are concerned about you I’d consider their fort Washington location. Unless you are craving a burrito, I’m sure this location has nurse that can help you find a nice place.

Since we went in the office we were acknowledged, Dr.’s assistant was very sweet and professional. Dr Andrew was very professional and explained in ever detail regarding plan of care pre diagnostic, during surgery and post. We were given written information of care and also the necessary prescription. Ernesto was very happy and left reassure that he was in good hands. I was happy for him. That was the first time he actually felt it was right place to go.👍👍👍

Very professional,relaxing & enjoyable staff. I'm grateful I was assigned Dr. Steinkeler, just lovely. To clarify directions: I used my GPS, I knew the location but wanted a backup. It told me to make a left on York Rd. & I was going north but the first drive I saw was an individual driveway & I had to back out onto York Road. Thankfully, York wasn't congested. There was a small driveway & I could get into the parking area. The office parking is really easier at the corner of 5th Street & York. Hope this might help a new patient.

The office staff were kind and friendly. Dr. Kienle was very pleasant and thoroughly explained the procedure. Tooth came out with no problems. Dental assistants were very kind and friendly as well. Would definitely recommend this practice.

Once you go to flag ship and you have for your oral surgeon Dr. Andrew you’ll never want to go to Anywhere else. A Cut Above the rest, pun intended! The staff is superb! Stop looking around call and make your appointment ASAP!

Skeptical about having an extraction. I use to be a dental assistant years ago for a endodontist years ago.Felt very comfortable with nurse and Dr G explaining procedure for extraction and following steps for implant. I would highly recommend.

They were very polite and very informative. When I felt nerves the calm me down and reinsuring that they was in good hands. The office was very clean and steroidal. The only bad things is when my first appointment i had it done I called head of time to reschedule and they told me how much I would charged for the procedure. When I got there my bill was different I was charged over $100.00 more. I would given them a 5 star if only they could stuck to what they told me. I'm a Disable veteran and I have to be accountable for very cent that come in to my home in order to pay my bills which includes: food, utility, medical, clothing, medication, mortgage. To be surprised by up billing hurts my accounting check list.

Would recommend Dr Mark P. Kienle and staff. It was not as bad as I thought. He had to remove a cracked crown with 2 roots and he and his staff were great. BTW Vickie is a nickname.

And all the assistants who helped make this possible,Now that my much needed dental care has been completed, I wanted to take a moment to truly thank each and every one of you. Without your kindness, generosity and participation I simply do not know how this would have turned out. Because of you, I now live pain free and can afford to offer others a decent smile.
I simply cannot explain how much I appreciate all you’ve done to help me. You’ve no idea how Ive been humbled by this. Like so many others, Ive spent my entire life working hard, paying the bills and taking the responsibility to take care of myself. Unfortunately, all of that radically changed in 2009, and I, like so many others, lost almost everything which included a job and the resulting medical coverage that came with it. And just like that, it was all gone.

I just received a copy of your report from my visit regarding my TMJ problem, and I wanted to thank you for sending me a copy. I forgot to ask you for a copy and was planning to get one from one of the doctors you sent it to.
I was impressed by your clean and thorough description of what has transpired with my jaw over these last months, in addition to your grasp of my migraine history and how the injury has impacted that pre-existing condition. That discussion, coupled with your clinical findings and recommendations, will be most helpful to the various practitioners currently treating me.

A brief note of sincere appreciation for the outstanding performance by you and your staff in connection with my extraction performed on May 15, 2013.
As you probably noted, I have only half of the normal set of thirty-two teeth so I have had a total of sixteen extractions over the years of dental care by quite a number of different professionals.
As a result of your high level of competence, I had only a minor amount of blood seepage, absolutely no swelling and very low level of pain discomfort.
I am a retired industrial engineer and after many years of analyzing manufacturing activity to determine the best utilization of labor and material to obtain the most cost effective result; I salute you and your staff for the excellence that was portrayed during my two visits. Everyone knows what to do.
I dont expect to be in contact with a lot of people who would need your services but rest assured, I most certainly will recommend your practice as being the very best I have ever experienced.
We have thanked our dentist for her recommendation of your group when my need for oral surgery arose.
The fact that the crown of #32 had broken off as a result of serious decay caused me to have a bit of trepidation about the extraction process.
You did a great job and I sincerely appreciated it.

Hello, my name is Patrick I had my third wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Kienle on Tuesday, December 23rd, and just wanted to let you guys know how great and professional the experience was. Everybody was pleasant, knowledgeable, and really helped to answer my questions. I was a little nervous going in but Dr. Kienle did an excellent job with my procedures and 24 hours post op Im pain free.
